This page describes the website enquiry tools provided by Shandong Runhanda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. It covers form submission, internal review and optional follow-up through email or WhatsApp.

When you submit the enquiry form successfully, the website saves the submitted details in its backend and sends an internal notification to Runhanda’s team through Feishu for review. Opening a page or filling in the form without submitting it does not send an enquiry.

The details used in your enquiry.

The form asks for business and contact details, together with purchasing information. These can include your company, website, contact name, business email, WhatsApp contact number, optional WeChat ID, business type, target market, import arrangements, selected product, quantity, destination and requirements. Project enquiries also include information about the project stage and layout status.

These details are used to review your purchasing requirements, contact you and prepare a response. Add the information needed to explain the purchase; there is no need to enter payment-card information or identity documents in the form.

Links from product or resource pages may carry a product or interest label to prefill the enquiry. The website does not place your contact details in these navigation links. Product and interest labels may remain in your browser history as part of the page address.

What happens when you submit.

1. Review your requirements

   The form assembles the details in your browser and shows an order summary. Review the information before submitting.

2. Submit the enquiry

   Submitting sends your details to the website backend for storage. An internal Feishu notification makes the enquiry available to Runhanda’s team for review and follow-up.

3. Continue the discussion

   The team uses your contact details to discuss the enquiry. You can also choose email or WhatsApp to send drawings, corrections or further requirements. Opening those links may pass prepared enquiry text to the selected application.

Feishu supports the team’s internal notification and review process. Optional email and WhatsApp correspondence is handled through those services and their settings. Contact Runhanda with questions about how your enquiry is handled.

Browser state, cookies & analytics.

Unsubmitted form entries and checklist selections are held in the current page while you use it. Refreshing or leaving the page may lose that work. After successful submission, the enquiry is stored in the website backend for the team to review.

If you choose “Save inquiry as text”, the browser downloads a copy of your prepared message to your device. That file includes the contact and purchasing details in the message. You can choose where to keep it or delete it using your device’s file controls.

Your browser or email application may separately offer autofill, history or draft features under its own settings. Those features are controlled by that application.

Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Opening an external email or WhatsApp destination introduces the selected service’s own behavior. Browser or service settings may affect the information those services process.

What you control.

• You can review or change form details before submitting the enquiry.
• You can leave the form without submitting an enquiry.
• You choose whether to use email or WhatsApp for additional correspondence.
• You can save a text copy of the prepared enquiry to your device, or choose not to download it.
• You can use the direct sales email instead of the website form.
• For an enquiry already submitted, contact the sales team to clarify, correct or discuss the handling of your information.
