Housing distributors

For businesses already supplying modular accommodation or housing products.

Bring to the discussion: your current range, common buyer requirements, target configurations and planned trial quantity.

Building material dealers

For established construction or building supply channels reviewing a modular product line.

Bring to the discussion: your sales region, customer types, display needs and local delivery or installation resources.

Target market, configuration and delivery scope need to be confirmed together. A photograph alone does not define the contents of an order.

From a first unit
to your next order.

Single unit dealer trial requests are accepted. The selected model, specification, pricing and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the request.

  1. Define your market and requirements

Share your business, customer base, sales destination and the applications you want to serve. Identify the first product family and any essential configuration requirements.

  2. Set the trial specification

Agree on the model, layout, materials, fitting schedule and supply list. Request the relevant drawings, quotation scope, inspection arrangement and order terms before confirmation.

  3. Review production and shipment

Follow the agreed photo or video updates. Arrange finished goods inspection, confirm the loading plan and coordinate export handover with destination import preparations.

  4. Review the trial and plan a repeat

Record configuration feedback and changes requested by your customers. Use the previous order and drawing revision as a reference when discussing the next quantity, price and schedule.

Layout review forms part of the configuration discussion. This drawing is a reference example.

Product selection

Compare series, intended uses and transport considerations.

Layout & materials

Review room arrangements and compatible configuration requests.

Product documents

Ask which images, drawings and reports apply to the selected model.

OEM / ODM requests

Discuss layout, finishes and branding for feasibility and agreed scope.

Inspection coordination

Agree on photos, video, a visit or a buyer appointed inspector.

Export documents

Confirm the documents and handover responsibilities included in the order.

A clear division
of responsibilities.

Use this as a discussion checklist. The written order defines the final responsibility for each item.

Supply and destination responsibilities to confirm
Order topic Runhanda discussion & supply scope Distributor arrangements
Product configuration Review the requested model, drawings, materials and agreed fitting schedule. Provide customer and destination requirements, review the proposal and confirm the specification.
Finished goods inspection Coordinate agreed evidence and access for the inspection arrangement. Define acceptance requirements and appoint an inspector where required.
Export handover Prepare the agreed loading and export documents for the supply scope. Confirm the shipment instructions, consignee details and the agreed delivery term.
Destination import Provide the export documents agreed for the order. Arrange the broker, clearance, duties and destination compliance unless another scope is agreed in writing.
Local delivery & site work Discuss available model specific handling and installation information. Arrange inland transport, unloading, site preparation, connections and local installation resources.
After sales communication Review issues against the agreed order and after sales terms. Keep order identification, photographs and a clear description of the issue or requested support.

Make repeat purchasing
easier to review.

A repeat order still needs a confirmed specification. Keep an organized record of the trial unit and the changes you want to make.

  • Previous order reference and approved drawing revision.
  • Items to repeat and changes to materials, fittings or layout.
  • New quantity, destination and required documents.
  • Requested shipment sequence and purchasing schedule.
Can I begin with one trial unit?

Single unit dealer trial requests are accepted. Share the product, configuration and destination so the applicable model, quotation and shipment scope can be reviewed.

Can we request product information for our sales review?

Ask for the current images, drawings and product details relevant to your selected range. Confirm what applies to the model and how the material may be used before presenting it to your buyers.

Can we request our own finishes or branding?

Layouts, materials, colors and branding can be discussed as part of an OEM or ODM request. Feasibility, compatible models, costs and the agreed deliverables are confirmed before the order.

How can we inspect a trial unit?

Discuss photos, a video walkthrough, a factory visit or an independent inspector appointed by your business. The inspection and acceptance arrangements should be included in the order discussion.

Who arranges shipping and destination clearance?

The loading plan and delivery term are agreed with the quotation. Destination clearance, duties, inland transport and site work are generally arranged by the buyer or broker unless another scope is recorded in writing.

Can a later batch match the first unit?

Reference the earlier order and drawing revision. Confirm which items should match and whether any components, destination requirements or requested finishes have changed before approving the new batch.
