Photo inspection
Review finished product views, interior details, selected fittings, packing and loading preparation photographs.
Arrange in advance: the views and details your team needs, plus the method for recording any questions.
Review the production process, agree your inspection method and request documents that match the order.
Start with the product model, configuration and destination. These details determine which production records, declarations and reports should be reviewed.

The sequence below describes common production stages. The actual work and its order depend on the product, configuration and purchase agreement.
Steel frame parts are welded according to the confirmed structural configuration.
Review point: Ask for frame photographs and the relevant configuration reference.
The assembled main frame is prepared for the next production stage.
Review point: Check the overall arrangement, openings and points requiring confirmation.
Wall panels are installed for the selected layout and material specification.
Review point: Match panel type and placement with the order requirements.
Internal partitions and room arrangements follow the agreed floor plan.
Review point: Review room positions and the relationship between doors, windows and partitions.
The specified floor finish is fitted before the remaining interior work is completed.
Review point: Confirm the selected finish and review visible joints and edges.
Doors and windows are installed in the confirmed positions.
Review point: Review the frame type, positions and available opening or operation video.
Bathroom fixtures and associated fittings are installed when included in the order.
Review point: Match the fitted items to the bathroom package and agreed supply list.

Ask which photographs, videos or records can be provided for the stage you are reviewing. Do not use one model’s images as the specification for another model.
Agree the review scope and acceptance process before production is completed.

The declaration is issued in the named manufacturer’s name. It is not an independent certificate issued to Runhanda.
The report records no asbestos detected in the identified samples. The result applies to those samples and does not describe every material in a complete building.
The tested sample has reported crystalline silica content below 1%. This is a sample-specific result, not a general silica-free claim.
The document covers the listed supplier components. Confirm the models supplied and the applicable certificate status for the order.
Check the full document’s issue details, scope, schedules and current applicability against your order. A declaration, sample report or component certificate does not establish approval of every complete building.
Ask for the information relevant to your configuration. Availability and the agreed document package are confirmed per order.
| Record | What to match | Purchasing use | How to request |
|---|---|---|---|
| Layout drawing | Model, room arrangement, openings and stated dimensions | Confirm the configuration before production | Name the selected model and required layout |
| Material specification | Panel, insulation, flooring and finish selections | Match the supply list to the quoted materials | List the materials your team needs to review |

Tell us which model, material or component the request concerns. Include the specification version or drawing reference when available.
Your buyer or appointed adviser should check local building and import requirements. Ask which supporting documents are available; do not assume a component report provides complete building approval.
Confirm the finished goods and delivery arrangements against the written order.
View production photographs and discuss a visit or video review.
